📋 Description

• Drive strategic and operational agenda for Product or GTM with cross-functional initiatives
• Own operating rhythms: monthly reports, QBRs, OKRs, KPIs, and exec reporting
• Build dashboards and metrics to give leadership visibility for data-driven decisions
• Partner on pricing, commercialization, and GTM for new and existing products
• Use AI tools and agents as a standard part of work

🎯 Requirements

• 6–11 years in management consulting or operating roles (BizOps/Strategy)
• Comfort with ambiguity and high autonomy
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive consensus
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows
• Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred
