📋 Description

• Design and run vendor intake: every request has a sponsor, a budget owner, a clear problem, and a
• Build the path from request to signature through Finance, Security and Privacy, Legal, and Product
• Build the contract and renewal calendar: owners, terms, notice windows, and auto-renewal dates.
• Pull software and vendor contracts into one view of spend, and go find the spend that sits outside
• Support the commercial side: RFPs, evaluation scorecards, pricing benchmarks, total-cost models
• Model open purchase orders and hardware commitments, so leadership knows what we’ve committed to
