Business Operations Analyst--HR & Customer

📋 Description

• Build/maintain workforce analytics: headcount, attrition, engagement.
• Research/benchmark AI tools for HR and ops; deliver cost/benefit comparisons.
• Model headcount, capacity, and cost for outsourced/BPO; track SLA.
• Track performance across people and customer ops; surface risks to CPCO.
• Produce exec decks/memos/pre-reads; leverage AI.
• Coordinate with functions/BU on people strategy, ops, M&A, comp cycles, AI adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in an analyst/ops/data role; own end-to-end workflow.
• Consulting experience (Big 4 preferred) supporting client operations.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides; AI tools familiarity.
• Identify data gaps, form POV, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• High discretion and organizational rigor; handle confidential data.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• HR or Customer Support experience.
• SQL/BI tools (Tableau/Looker) and AI governance familiarity.
