Business Operations Analyst, Supply Chain (Starlink Aviation)

📋 Description

• Own global S&OP for Starlink Aviation to convert hardware into paying customers
• Analyze KPIs: subscribers, network utilization, and payback metrics
• Translate analysis into strategic hardware mix and adoption plan
• Orchestrate global supply allocation and demand forecasting with Engineering
• Drive resource planning for verticals and hardware ramp/sunset plans
• Enable go-to-market execution post-licensing and certification

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, CS, data science, physics, or supply chain
• 1+ year in engineering, manufacturing, product, operations, FP&A, or consulting
• 1+ year of experience in Excel or programming
• Strong SQL and Python; ability to handle large datasets
• Excellent analytical modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders
