📋 Description

• Identify and map improvement opportunities for the Operations team and client pillar
• Lead projects and initiatives, take responsibility for deliveries, and coordinate with other teams
• Organize meetings and training sessions with stakeholders to align tasks, request support
• Create documentation to formalize improvements in processes, policies, and other definitions, and
• Collaborate with various technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful deliveries
• Develop solutions to increase efficiency of operational teams, optimize time, and implement

• Excel knowledge
• Analytical ability for data interpretation and reporting
• Proactive, problem-solving, customer-focused profile
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced English (mandatory)
• SQL (intermediate/advanced) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase) - differential
