Business Operations Associate (GIFT City)

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day operations of US Stocks business under Groww IFSC.
• Monitor key metrics and maintain dashboards for operational performance.
• Identify deviations and escalate to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues.
• Manage end-to-end customer grievance resolution with defined TATs.
• Oversee RAA payout operations and reconcile payouts for US Stocks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years in banking, brokerage, fintech, wealth management, or capital markets ops.
• Experience in customer grievance management and operational monitoring.
• Understanding of US Stocks or cross-border investing; international investing is a plus.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
