🎯 Requirements

• 1.5–5 years experience in finance or business; strong GPA (3.5+).
• Strong numbers; detail-oriented; comfortable with margin, cost, and inventory math.
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder; explains processes simply.
• Tech-forward with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude); familiar with Asana, Notion, Zapier; eager to learn SQL and Power BI.
• Growth mindset; track record of progression.
