• Review and validate invoices, collect vendor documentation, coordinate internal approvals, and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in accounting, finance operations, or business operations with meaningful responsibility
• Relevant backgrounds may include accounting or finance operations in a fast-growing startup, public
• Solid understanding of invoices, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and the ability to work accurately with financial information.
• Familiarity with accounting and business tools such as QuickBooks, Stripe, Brex, Carta, or
• Meticulous attention to detail when managing money, financial records, confidential information
