Business Operations Intern

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day contract and legal operations, tracking active deals, outstanding agreements
• Identify, track, and assist in responding to RFP opportunities, maintaining tracking dashboard to
• Support onboarding processes for clients and vendors, coordinating setup of new AccuWeather clients
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintenance across platforms including Dynamics CRM
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of RFP responses, security questionnaires, and
• Assist with procurement workflows including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice

🎯 Requirements

• Junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in fast-moving environment
• Naturally curious and quick to pick up new tools and platforms
• Experience with CRM platforms, AI tools, or business operations software is a plus but not required
