🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of related experience, including SaaS experience in B2B or B2C companies
• Proven ability to get things done and take initiative
• Strong point of view on the future of fundraising and GiveCampus's role
• Passion for strategy, execution, and data; comfortable with tools like Claude, Snowflake
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate OKRs/KPIs into actions
• Experience creating amazing experiences for people during in-person and virtual events
