📋 Description

• Hands-on remote operations role supporting a distributed team.
• Act as the connective tissue across business ops, people processes, projects, and culture.
• Maintain workflows, track deadlines, surface blockers, ensure details are covered.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, training, events, and customer support.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in business operations or similar, US-based startups preferred.
• Experience with US-based teams and startup environments.
• Fluent English, strong written and verbal skills.
• Based in Central or South America, aligned to US hours.
• Proficient with Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, process tools, remote platforms.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude, Gemini or similar.

• Compensation: $3,200–$3,800 USD per month, DOE.
