Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and translate into scalable processes.
• Standardize processes for consistency across regions: NA, Europe, APAC, Latam.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems.
• Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and execution speed.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in STEM fields (Engineering/Math/Stats/Data Analytics).
• 5+ years in strategy/operations, supply chain, media ops, or production.
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and automation.
• Data-driven with KPI definition and performance measurement.
• Hands-on mindset; move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier/Make/Notion/Airtable) a plus.
