Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across Fever and related networks.
• Identify inefficiencies and translate them into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working to ensure consistency across regions: Europe, North America, APAC
• Automate manual tasks using AI tools and internal systems in collaboration with Tech/Data teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted and executed correctly.
• Document and maintain clear operational playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Data-driven with KPI definition experience; comfortable turning insights into actions.
• Hands-on mindset: able to move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, etc.); familiarity with AI
