🎯 Requirements

• Engineering background is a must
• Quant + systems mindset: comfortable with messy GTM data and building repeatable operating systems
• Strong funnel fluency: deep understanding of end-to-end GTM metrics—conversion, pipeline
• Clear cross-functional communicator: can translate ambiguity into structured work, align
• GenAI for GTM experience: either as a builder (agents/workflows/prototypes) or an operator
• Bias to action: “ship v1, iterate” mindset; proactive about finding bottlenecks and automating them.
