Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and execute GPTO operational projects.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to improve GPTO processes.
• Lead product intake, prioritization and roadmap planning.
• Enhance roadmap reporting; automate reporting via JIRA Align.
• Plan timelines, budgets and deliverables; track milestones.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Ops or Business Ops in a Product/Tech org.
• Proficiency in project management tools and change management frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving; navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Certifications in PMP, Agile or PROSCI are preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma familiarity and experience managing large-scale changes.
