📋 Description

• Lead GPTO operations projects; partner with Product/Engineering to improve intake.
• Plan, execute, and oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables; track milestones.
• Develop and execute change management for new processes, systems, and tools.
• Enhance roadmap reporting; automate reporting from a system of record.
• Build stakeholder alignment; present key information to senior leaders.
• Create and operationalize frameworks and dashboards using PowerPoint, Confluence, Excel.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Ops, or Business Ops in a tech org.
• Proficiency in PM tools and change management frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving; navigate ambiguity and manage priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; influence stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
• Certifications in PMP, Agile, or PROSCI preferred.
