Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Translate company-level and functional financial plans into actionable operational targets and
• Support annual and quarterly planning processes by connecting strategy, budgets, and execution plans
• Build business cases, analyses, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making
• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through execution and
• Partner with Product and Engineering on initiative discovery, rollout planning, and post-launch
• Support prioritization decisions by balancing strategic goals, operational capacity, and financial

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into
• Comfort working closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• High level of ownership, accountability, and bias toward execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence without direct
