Business Operations Manager - Deposit Products

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day business operations for FBO, HYSA and new features for these products
• Monitor product health, risks, and operational KPIs; identify trends and propose improvements
• Translate business goals into operational plans and ensure flawless execution
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for deposit product bank partners, processors
• Shepherd partner relationships, run partner meetings, track commitments, and ensure delivery
• Build and continuously refine procedures across escheatment, compliance, customer support

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Product Operations, or a highly
• Thrives in ambiguity and acts like an owner
• Exceptional communicator; able to make complex systems simple
• Strong project manager with a bias toward action
• Comfortable with data analysis (Looker, pivot tables)
• Proven ability to work with partners, vendors, and technical + non-technical stakeholders
