Serve as the Payments unit's primary contact across Product, Eng, Legal, and Compliance.
Lead cross-functional, global teams to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships, tracking stakeholders and customers.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in management consulting, business operations, or product roles.
Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams on multiple projects.
Strong ability to influence and motivate people across all levels and tasks.
Analytical and data-driven approach.
Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and detail-oriented skills.
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities, especially in crypto.
