📋 Description

• Manage key Operations operating rhythms, including OKR planning and tracking, executive reviews
• Support Operations strategic planning and prioritization by translating leadership priorities into
• Partner with Analytics and Finance to evolve the Operations Scorecard and identify performance
• Own defined cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution, managing dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in business operations, consulting, program management
• Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, ask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets and partnering closely with Analytics and
