📋 Description

• Own and lead all aspects of facilities improvements and changes such as upgrades to existing
• Manage the Legal and commercial matters for dh India with counterparts in Global team
• Own delivery of Programs pertaining to Security, Compliance and Employee Safety
• Provide inputs towards major / critical business decisions in terms of financial viability
• Conduct the annual budget planning, identifying, and implementing cost savings, tracking monthly
• Implement facilities programs and projects, identify areas of improvement, and coordinate all

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15+ years of facilities and office property management experience
• Experience in managing legal and commercial matters
• Experience in security, compliance and employee safety programs
• Experience in budget planning and cost savings
• Experience in managing lease contracts and negotiations
• Experience in procurement best practices and supplier negotiations
