Business Operations Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Build and manage the operating schedule for the Clinical leadership team, including leadership
• Develop the CHO Office mechanisms for tracking organizational priorities, milestones, dependencies
• Develop executive-level reporting that provides the Chief Health Officer and Clinical leadership
• Manage annual and ongoing organizational planning processes for the Clinical leadership team
• Support administrative and financial planning for the Chief Health Officer organization, including
• Lead select CHO Office and Clinical leadership team priorities, ensuring clear ownership

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, organizational planning, program management, or a
• Experience leading complex, cross-departmental work and partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience developing frameworks in fluid environments, managing competing priorities, and driving
• Strong analytical, written, verbal communication skills, and the ability to summarize complex
