• Lead deployment, training and change management for AI Worker\'s Compensation Claims Guidance for
• Partner with Sales, Client Services and Product to drive successful business outcomes
• Serve as subject matter expert across Claims Guidance and Claims Operations
• Communicate complex product intricacies to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Build playbooks and educate internal teams to scale end-to-end implementation cycles
