📋 Description

• Act as Finance Business Partner for B2B channels, building trusted relationships as the go-to
• Own performance reviews with channels, analyze key KPIs (acquisition cost, activation, revenue per
• Own independent P&L view of channels (revenue, contribution margin, bad debt, cost-to-serve)
• Build up funnel report as early indicator and deliver forecasting and reporting that drives
• Build business cases for spend, capacity and partner conditions, translate channel targets into B2B

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
• Several years of professional experience in sales or commercial controlling, financial planning or
• Think in cohorts, funnels and unit economics; extract key levers from large data sets; strong
• Experienced with agentic AI tools such as Claude, Copilot or Cursor; growth mindset toward emerging
• Hands-on, independent, results-driven; hold ground as independent voice towards strong operational
• Business-fluent in both German and English
