• Partner closely with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in business operations, Chief of Staff, project management, business
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, brands, business units, or workstreams simultaneously
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, commercial delivery, and business
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing SOPs, operational processes, dashboards, KPI
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to work directly with senior executives
• Commercial awareness with experience managing project timelines, budgets, SOWs, invoicing, or
