📋 Description

• Shape strategy and performance tracking for the Business Development Team.
• Analyze commercial results; identify inefficiencies, trends, opportunities.
• Partner with BD leadership and cross-functional teams on action plans.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to hit targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders driving revenue growth.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and business planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with exec exposure.
