📋 Description

• Play a key role in shaping strategy and performance tracking for the Business Development Team.
• Analyze commercial results and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with BD leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to hit targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical mindset; proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning
• Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
