📋 Description

• Shape strategy and track performance for the Business Development team.
• Analyze commercial results; identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with BD leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to hit business targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, driving revenue growth.
• Collaborate with executives and commercial leadership across the organization.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to guide decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.
• Strong analytical mindset; SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
• Solid understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and business planning.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
