📋 Description

• Shape strategy and track performance for the Business Development Team.
• Build dashboards and reporting to monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Analyze commercial results; identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with BD leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to meet targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset; proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI.
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and planning.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; exec-level exposure.
