Business Performance Improvement – M&A Integration and Separation (Senior Associate)

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end delivery of M&A integration, separation, and carve-out.
• Execute workstreams across finance, HR, IT, operations, supply chain, and legal.
• Execute integration and separation plans, including pre-close, Day 1, and TSA.
• Analyze financial, operational, and organizational data to identify patterns and risks.
• Identify process and tech opportunities across P2P, O2C, R2R, and shared services.
• Contribute to client deliverables: analyses, presentations, roadmaps, and status.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related.
• Minimum 3 years in management consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, FP&A.
• Experience supporting M&A integration, separation, or post-merger transformation.
• Understanding of transaction lifecycle: integration planning, Day 1, operating model.
• Cross-functional experience across finance, HR, IT, operations, and procurement.
• Knowledge of organizational change management, comms planning, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
