📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end M&A integration, separation, carve-out, and stand-up engagements.
• Advise executives on operating models, organizational design, and go-forward processes.
• Direct cross-functional workstreams across finance, HR, IT, operations, and supply chain.
• Develop integration strategies including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and TSA.
• Mentor consultants and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Support practice growth through recruiting, training, and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related.
• 10+ years in management consulting, transaction advisory, or finance transformation.
• Proven experience leading M&A integration, separation, carve-out, or post-merger programs.
• Knowledge of diligence, Day 1, operating models, TSA, and synergy tracking.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across finance, HR, IT, operations, and supply chain.
• Change management, governance, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze performance and models.
• PMP, CPA, CFA, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant certifications are a plus.
