📋 Description

• Shape strategy and KPI tracking for the Business Development team
• Be the POC with company leadership (C-Level, Founders & SVPs)
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to reach the Business Plan
• Define reporting frameworks to monitor performance and guide decisions
• Analyze results to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
• Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management
