📋 Description

• Shape strategy and performance tracking for the Business Development Team
• Be the POC with company leadership (C-Level, Founders & SVPs)
• Plan and implement strategic initiatives to achieve the Business Plan
• Define reporting frameworks to monitor performance and guide decisions
• Analyze commercial results and identify growth opportunities
• Partner with BD leadership and cross-functional teams on action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years in Revenue Ops, Strategy, Growth or Analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
• Strong commercial KPIs, forecasting, and planning.
• Translate data into actionable leadership recommendations.
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders.
