Business Performance Senior Manager (based in Madrid)

📋 Description

• Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team
• Be the POC with the company leadership (C-Level, Founders & SVPs)
• Plan, design, and implement strategic initiatives to get to our Business Plan
• Define the reporting frameworks of our commercial teams to monitor performance and guide strategic
• Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth
• Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g.
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning
• Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure
