Business Planning Analyst, ES

📋 Description

• Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports, tracking key performance
• Provide regional and national market share analysis across GI, pulmonary, and surgical call points
• Build dashboards and automated reports using SAP, Salesforce, and other analytical tools
• Analyze rolling Salesforce data and collaborate with international stakeholders on U.S. market
• Provide recommendations to sales leaders based on business drivers, performance trends, forecasts
• Manage CRM data quality and integrity, monitor opportunities and quote tracking, and support

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data
• At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, business planning, or a similar
• Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred, with familiarity with GI or pulmonary
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, EXFM, and other analytics tools is
