🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years (or Master's and 6+ years) in business planning, operations
Experience building capacity or workforce planning models
Advanced SQL, strong Excel/Sheets, and a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
Skill with scoring, segmentation, and trend analysis
Collaborative style and ability to work independently
Clear communication and presentation skills with senior leaders
