📋 Description

• Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, workflows, and operational practices to identify
• Gather, organize, and analyze program and project data to identify trends, relationships, and
• Develop comprehensive Business Case Analyses for project and program initiatives, including
• Prepare objective After Action Reports assessing project outcomes and documenting lessons learned.
• Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to collect and synthesize
• Evaluate project objectives and activities for alignment with organizational goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with two
• 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, program management, or closely related role.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including interpreting complex datasets and translating findings
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, risk
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
