📋 Description

• Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to gather information about current ways of working
• Mapping and designing organisational operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes
• Defining and describing roles, responsibilities, and decision-rights frameworks
• Developing and implementing solutions to support and improve our clients' ways of working
• Identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations to optimize organizational
• Developing operational playbooks, training materials, and change/adoption strategies that translate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a similar
• 5-8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Process Consulting, Organization Design, Change
• Working knowledge of business architecture practices such as process design, value streams, and
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex, matrixed environments, both independently and as part of a
• Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Ability to form and maintain cross-functional relationships and drive stakeholder alignment
