Business Process Consultant, Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

📋 Description

• Manage and maintain hardware asset records across enterprise asset classes (EC devices, mobile, network, data center).
• Track assets through lifecycle: request, procurement, deployment, refresh, return, disposal.
• Collaborate with procurement and vendor management to support purchasing, renewals, and governance.
• Maintain accurate ServiceNow HAM records and asset lifecycle workflows.
• Coordinate asset reclamation and redeployment or proper disposal.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Hardware Asset Management, ITAM, or asset lifecycle roles.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, or ITAM modules.
• 2+ years managing hardware assets across the lifecycle (procurement to disposal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools; ability to build dashboards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
