Business Process Expert (BPE)

📋 Description

• Act as primary business partner for supply chain planning community.
• Serve as SME for ERP planning modules and systems.
• Lead continuous improvements by standardizing global planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Develop and mentor subject matter experts while fostering global collaboration.
• Define long-term process and technology roadmaps to boost planning capability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with SAP and/or Oracle ERP in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or commercial ops.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes and enterprise tech.
• Proven experience leading process improvement and ERP implementations with structured methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP configuration, planning modules, EDI, and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical, project management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
