Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services

📋 Description

• Own and continuously maintain detailed L2/L3 capability decompositions across Record to Report
• Facilitate structured working sessions with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders
• Create process maps, document decisions, and develop clear business and system requirements that
• Translate future-state process designs into system requirements and partner with Product Owners and
• Support parallel delivery across current production systems and next-generation platform
• Capture operational lessons learned and incorporate them into process documentation and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business process design, business analysis, business architecture, or
• Hands-on experience designing or improving month-end close and Record to Report processes within a
• Demonstrated ability to decompose complex business capabilities into detailed, multi-level
• Strong facilitation skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including
• Proven ability to translate business processes and requirements into actionable system requirements
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear process maps, requirements
