6+ years of relevant experience in business process management, business operations, sales/partner
Proven experience documenting complex, cross-functional processes from scratch and building a
Working knowledge of partner or channel operations (onboarding, deal registration, quoting
Strong process mapping skills using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart or Miro, and comfort with BPMN
Experience translating business needs into clear requirements for IT and systems teams
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement certification preferred
