Business Process Owner - Finance and Controlling

📋 Description

• Own the Controlling domain processes, governance framework, and continuous improvement agenda
• Design and implement standardized business process templates covering product costing, project
• Establish target operating models that enable end-to-end margin visibility across different
• Align business requirements across countries and business units to create consistent, scalable, and
• Partner with IS/ERP teams, application owners, and local and regional controllers to ensure
• Lead process implementation initiatives across the organization, including training, education, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Management Accounting or Controlling, ideally in service or
• Hands-on expertise in measuring costing, project structure and accounting, service costing and
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes across FI, CO, SD, PS, and CS modules.
• Experience with migration to SAP S/4HANA in a controlling capacity.
• Strong project and change management skills, able to lead complex Transformation efforts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
