• Partner with the Business Process Leader to design, refine, and standardize workflows within the
• Participate in working groups with national/regional stakeholders for consistent processes.
• Evaluate workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
• Apply best practices and methodologies to enhance procedures and workflows.
• Support configuration and optimization of agency management systems (Applied Epic).
• Document processes, procedures, and standards to promote adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Business Insurance, ideally in brokerage with client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of insurance brokerage ops and workflows.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Strong organization and time-management with multiple priorities.
• Attention to accuracy and quality in deliverables.
