📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior Sales & Marketing roles.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to generate diverse pipelines.
• Conduct structured screens and interviews; design interview plans; calibrate debriefs.
• Manage 20+ phone screens weekly; drive 360+ outbound contacts per quarter.
• Maintain accurate, real-time pipeline data in Greenhouse; report progress.
• Partner with hiring managers as a talent advisor; influence as a SME.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in full-cycle recruiting for Sales/Revenue/Marketing in SaaS.
• Delivery in high-growth environments with ambiguity and complexity.
• Able to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong data fluency; monitor funnel health; data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on with Greenhouse and Gem; ensure clean data hygiene.
• Clear communicator with the ability to influence without authority; high agency.
