🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting Business, GTM, G&A, or other
• Proven ability to independently manage complex searches and deliver results across multiple roles
• Strong business partnership and influencing skills, with experience advising hiring managers and
