📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Build relationships and work with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and team goals
• Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal
• Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically
• Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
• Leverage data and report on key recruiting metrics and provide data-driven, actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM, G&A, and/or Operations teams in a
• Thoughtful communicator with exceptional ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers
• Experience using a variety of recruiting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Teamable
• Experience sourcing for passive candidates using creativity and persistence to secure the attention
• Attention-to-detail with the ability to strike a delicate balance between results and process in a
• Team-first mentality with a strong track record and contagious enthusiasm for learning and trying
