• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at high-growth or high-bar
• Proven track record of hiring for business functions (e.g. Sales, Technical Success, RevOps
• Strong talent judgment, you can assess both experience and potential, and consistently raise the
• Comfortable operating as a strategic partner, influencing senior stakeholders and navigating
