📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, G&A, and Operations from intake to close
• Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role requirements
• Build pipelines via proactive outbound outreach and research
• Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach reflecting the company voice
• Manage offers end-to-end and maintain acceptance rates in competitive markets
• Coordinate with Sourcers and RCs to move candidates through the process

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a startup or high-growth tech company, preferably in AI, dev tools, or B2B SaaS environments
• Hands-on experience owning recruiting for GTM or G&A across multiple verticals
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a creative approach to finding talent
• Track record of closing top talent in competitive markets
• Experience as a strategic partner to hiring managers: advising on scope, interview design, and offer strategy
• Clear, confident communication with candidates and hiring managers, with ability to grasp technical concepts
