📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build recruiting strategies.
• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social platforms, and referrals.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring teams throughout the process.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Manage 8–10 requisitions at a time with strong organization.
• Contribute to improving recruiting workflows and docs across functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Experience on G&A roles (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple roles.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics; data-driven and adaptable/problem-solving.
• Experience with Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace for recruiting workflows.
